Welcome to Coach Chris! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our self-improvement coaching services (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Services Provided

Coach Chris provides personalized self-improvement coaching to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. Services may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, online courses, and self-help resources. The specific scope of services will be detailed in your individual agreement or service package.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18+ years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Commitment: You are responsible for actively participating in your coaching sessions and implementing the strategies discussed.
• Honesty: You agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete information to facilitate effective coaching.
• Non-Disruption: You agree not to engage in behavior that disrupts or interferes with the Services, including disrespectful communication or failure to adhere to agreed-upon schedules.

4. Payment and Fees

• Payment Terms: All fees for Services are due in full before the commencement of any coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Refund Policy: Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your agreement. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services, at the sole discretion of Coach Chris.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation by Client: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
• Cancellation by Coach Chris: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with prior notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to prevent harm.

7. No Guarantees

The Services are designed to support and guide you in your self-improvement journey. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, as success depends on your effort, commitment, and external factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to worksheets, course content, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Coach Chris. You may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Chris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to the coaching process. Any outstanding fees will remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

Coach Chris reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
